In addition to a range of highly acclaimed wines, they also produce beautifully light, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oils from their own lovingly tended olive trees. This oil is extra special as it is infused with the essence of fresh lemons - also estate grown! Pale yellow green with the scent of fresh lemons and olives. Light, peppery and fresh with a distinct lemon 'zing'. A far cry from mass produced, blended olive oils, this is one for galloping gourmets. Makes fabulous salad dressings, lovely for dipping with warm fresh bread or drizzling over a mushroom risotto. And what a fantastic gift idea!
